The BOX Coin User Agreement is the rights and obligations agreed upon by the user and the BOX Coin platform for various services, and is contractual in nature.
By registering and using this website, users are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the User Agreement. BOX Coin and the user have carefully read all the terms in this User Agreement and the legal statements and operating rules issued by BOX Coin, and have known, understood and accepted this Agreement and the aforementioned service terms, legal statements and operating rules, and agree to use them as the basis for determining the rights and obligations of both parties.
The BOX Coin Legal Statement is an integral part of this Agreement. Users who accept this Agreement are deemed to have accepted all the contents of the BOX Coin Legal Statement. The contents of this Agreement include the text of this Agreement and various rules, statements, instructions, etc. that have been issued or may be issued in the future. All rules, statements, and instructions are integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of this Agreement.
1. User Services
1.1 BOX Coin provides online trading platform services for users to conduct encrypted digital currency transactions through the platform. BOX Coin itself does not participate in the purchase and sale of any digital currency as a buyer or seller.
1.2 Users have the right to browse the real-time digital currency market and transaction information on BOX Coin, and have the right to submit digital currency transaction instructions and complete digital currency transactions through the BOX Coin platform.
1.3 Users have the right to view their own information under the BOX Coin platform member account, and have the right to use the functions provided by BOX Coin to operate.
1.4 Users have the right to participate in website activities organized by the platform in accordance with the activity rules announced by BOX Coin.
1.5 Users shall abide by laws, regulations, normative documents and policy requirements, ensure the legitimacy of the sources of all funds and digital currencies in their accounts, and shall not engage in illegal or other activities that damage the rights of the platform or third parties on BOX Coin or use BOX Coin services, such as sending or receiving any information that violates laws, regulations, public order and good customs or infringes on the rights of others, sending or receiving pyramid schemes or other harmful information or speech, using or forging BOX Coin email header information without BOX Coin authorization, etc.
1.6 Users shall abide by laws and regulations, properly use and keep safe their BOX Coin platform accounts and passwords, fund transaction passwords, mobile phone numbers bound during registration, and mobile verification codes received by their mobile phones. Users shall bear full responsibility for any operations and consequences performed using their platform accounts and passwords, fund passwords, and mobile verification codes. When a user finds that their BOX Coin platform account, password, fund password, or verification code is used by a third party without their authorization, or there are other account security issues, the BOX Coin platform will immediately and effectively notify the BOX Coin platform and request the platform to suspend the BOX Coin service for the platform account. The BOX Coin platform has the right to take action upon the user's request within a reasonable time, but shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the user before the BOX Coin platform takes action. Without the consent of the BOX Coin platform, users shall not give, lend, rent, transfer, or otherwise dispose of their BOX Coin platform accounts to others.
1.7 Users shall abide by the user agreement and other terms of service and operating rules published and updated from time to time by the BOX Coin platform.
II. Rights and Obligations of Users
2.1 Users have the right to accept the digital currency trading platform services provided by BOX Coin in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 Users have the right to terminate the use of BOX Coin platform services at any time.
2.3 Users have the right to withdraw the balance of funds in BOX Coin at any time, but must pay the corresponding withdrawal fee to the BOX Coin platform.
2.4 Users are responsible for the authenticity, validity and security of the personal information provided during registration.
2.5 When users conduct digital currency transactions on the BOX Coin platform, they shall not maliciously interfere with the normal conduct of digital currency transactions.
